Objectives: CRA, a National level organization aims at uplifting the living standard of the economically backward rural settlements. It gives aids to the weaker sections in many ways to improve their living standards.The programme includes vocational trainings, providing basicn education for rural children, fundraising by organising craft melas cum exhibitions in cities. It also facilitates the backward rural population to grow and advance their financial positions thereby giving them a hope for a brighter future.

CRA is also working towards National and International co-operation for the upliftment of underprivileged women. It is an outcome of the decisions taken at the International Conference Of Women Entrepreneurs held in December 1993 at Hyderabad (India). CRA is affiliated with various affluent National and International Agencies like SIDBI, IDBI, SSI, NABARD, Department Of Women And Child Development, United Nations Development Fund For Women, I.L.O., W.T.O to name a few.

Pratham is one of India’s largest NGO’s in the primary education domain. It was started in Mumbai in 1993 and has a network across 21 states reaching out to 9 lac children through direct programs and another 50 lacs through catalytic programs.

All programs of Pratham are designed to ensure increase in enrollment in schools,decrease in droupouts from school, increased learning in schools and communities and further reaching out to children unable to attend school.
